Manrique Apartment is a beautiful one bedroom apartment in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. It has 1 bedroom with double bed and beautiful covered terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine…), living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom with walk in shower and a covered terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the good weather of Lanzarote. The apartment is very sunny and has beautiful views from the terrace. It is very centrally located just on Avenida in front of Playa Grande. It is in the centre with restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser and all the the main services just downstairs. The apartment is spacious and full-service, very modern and yet tasteful. Towels and pool towels are provided.

Overall this apartment is a good option to combine visits to the island and it also worth mentioning that the walks along the beaches or the cool nights of Puerto del Carmen.

The apartment is located in a noisy area (especially in August and Christmas time because there are some clubs in the area). Good soundproofing in the house, but not perfect.

Soap, shower gel and one toilet paper roll will be provided for first needs together with cleaning products and dishwashing detergent.
