Casa Azul is a wonderful private apartment with capacity for 3 people that is located on the upper floor of a popular and quiet residential area in Costa Teguise, Residencial Teguisol.

It offers a furnished terrace with views, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also the aircon in the living room which also refreshes the sleeping area. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. In the bathroom there is a large shower and a washing machine. There is high speed internet connection, a work area with comfortable desk and a flat screen TV with IPTV service with all European and English channels. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is spacious and equipped, modern and comfortable. Towels, bed linen and beach towels are provided.

There are two swimming pools in the complex, one of which is for children. Both with sun loungers and parasols available free of charge.

In general, this apartment is a good option to combine visits to the island and enjoy the beaches of Costa Teguise.

Very close to the residential area there are restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Hand and dish soap, shower gel and a roll of toilet paper for basic needs and disinfectant spray are provided.
