The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. There is a magnificent swimming pool that invites you to cool off while admiring the magnificent views that the villa offers us. There is a fully furnished area set up for barbecues and outdoor meals. The external entrance, through a sliding gate, offers us enough space to park a car.

Our Erizo holiday home is distributed over two floors connected by a spectacular internal staircase. The interior of the two story home has been delightfully decorated and designed to make you feel right at home. The villa has two double bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed and one with an office area and a bedroom with 2 single beds also with an office area. Two bathrooms, one en-suite (with Jacuzzi) in the master bedroom on the top floor and the other with a spacious shower and bidet. The suite has a balcony with a panoramic view. Large living room with fireplace, sofas, television with international channels, Movistar TV, iPod docking station and dining table for 6 people. Wi-Fi internet with fiber optics. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink, fitness area (as in the photo) and fully equipped kitchen: Dolce Gusto coffee machine and American coffee maker, kettle, blender, juicer, toaster, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher.

It is located in the prestigious and quiet urbanization of Nazareth with incredible panoramic views, just 2 minutes by car from the city and 10 from Costa Teguise where you will find beautiful fine sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. Close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets and the old capital of the island, Teguise.
