You can enjoy an unforgettable vacation in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, close to all services and Playa Grande.

The small terrace is perfect for kicking back and relaxing. The beach (Playa Grande) is 600 meters away. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. You do not need a car to stay in this apartment as it is very close to the center and the beach. If you have a car, there is no parking problem because you can park outside the residential for free.

There is a spiral staircase to go up, not suitable for people with mobility problems or very old.

We will answer all your questions, we will advise you how to have a good time and above all remind you that the island is worth seeing.

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace!

Hand soap, shower gel and a roll of toilet paper are provided for first needs with cleaning products and dish soap.
