It has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The master suite is very spacious and has a complete ensuite bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bath, smart TV and a king size bed (180×200cm). The other two rooms are equipped with 150×200cm beds (2 beds in the first bedroom and one in the second). The full bathroom has a bathtub.

This fantastic house is located in a very quiet area at the beginning of the town of Teguise, near the magnificent Famara beach and the beaches of Costa Teguise. The house has a barbecue, pool, hammocks, international channels, dishwasher, hydromassage in the master suite. The villa has a large terrace with a solarium, barbecue, table, chairs and umbrella for eating outside. The villa has WiFi in all its area. Also available for our guests are a Bluetooth amplifier and a steamer for ironing clothes.

In the municipality of Teguise, 5 markets are held, of which the best known is the Mercadillo de la Villa de Teguise, every Sunday. Fresh products from the island, traditional or modern handicrafts, as well as curious artistic creations are some of the items that you can find in the Teguise Market. The most beautiful beaches that can be reached in a short time are Playa de Famara (a majestic 6km beach that transmits peace and is a paradise for everyone) and the beaches of Costa Teguise. The best known is Las Cucharas beach, with golden sand and perfectly equipped. The 400 meters of golden sand and picón de Playa Bastián, make it the second largest beach in the town, and next to El Jablillo is another of the beaches to consider. Los Charcos is the smallest in the coastal town, at just 150 meters. It is composed of white sand and is not very well known. It is also worth mentioning the beach of El Ancla, small but cozy, quite frequented by the residents of the island.
