The rental is intended to be stipulated between Lanzaroteando Holidays – calle la Laguna 20 – 35508 Costa Teguise, Las Palmas, Nif Y3244597R , intermediación turistico número I-0004631.1 and the client.

Reservation

Reservation requests can only be made via email or through the website. For reservations made 5 months or more in advance, a 50% deposit is due upon reservation and the balance must be paid 15 days before arrival.

Reservation confirmation

Lanzaroteando Holidays, after booking, sends an email with the Stripe link for payment. If payment by credit card or bank transfer is not made within 24 hours of booking (sending the receipt to one of our emails), the reservation option will be automatically cancelled.

Rates

All prices indicated include VAT.
The cost of final cleaning, mandatory, is separate.

Arrival and Departure Time

Lanzaroteando offers check-in from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out services.

Reception and Attendance Registration

Before arrival, guests will receive an email from Partee.es, the guest registration platform partner of Lanzaroteando Holidays that automatically generates the mandatory legal document and sends it to the Ministry of the Interior.

The customer undertakes to follow the instructions received by email before check-in.

Security Deposit

Mandatory. After booking we will send an email to the guest with the request to block the credit card (not debit) of 350.00 euros as a refundable damage deposit. The block will be removed 3 days after departure.

Guests

The number of people admitted in the rented apartment must not exceed the maximum number of people booked and registered with the Ministry of the Interior. Sub-letting of the rented property is not permitted. If the client does not comply with any of the points contained in this section, Lanzaroteando Holidays will ask the client to leave the apartment immediately. Lanzaroteando is not responsible for the loss of money, identity documents or passports and valuables left in the apartment.

Cleaning – Maintenance

The accommodation must be left clean, free of rubbish and in perfect order.

Additional Cleaning

Additional cleaning service can be carried out and paid for separately, provided the request is made in advance to allow for its organization. It is not a service that Lanzaroteando Holidays can guarantee.

Behavior

The person who signs the reservation is responsible for the correct and decorous behavior of all guests who will use the apartment. In the event that one or more guests behave in an unacceptable manner, Lanzaroteando will ask them to leave the rental apartment immediately.

Responsibility

Each accommodation has been visited and checked by a representative of Lanzaroteando Holidays. The descriptions contained in the web pages are correct and written in good faith, as are the photographs.
In the event of problems, the customer is asked to immediately contact the Property or its representative. The customer undertakes to allow the necessary time to resolve any problem.

General Notes

Knowledge of the General Conditions entails their acceptance without reservations or exceptions. If any conditions of this contract were or become invalid or if a gap in this contract should occur, the validity of the remaining conditions cannot be called into question.

– This is the cancellation policy that Lanzaroteando Holidays applies to protect both owners and guests.

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will be charged 50% of all nights booked. After that time, they will be liable for the full stay.

• Any attempt to cancel a trip without involving Lanzaroteando Holidays will not be considered a cancellation.

• Lanzaroteando Holidays reserves the right to have sole and absolute discretion in all cancellation charges and disputes.
